Known throughout the world for celebrating learning and uniting to transform education, we are excited to bring you the 5th edition of the LearningPlanet Festival, from 24th to 27th January, 2024.

The festival kicks off by bringing together the global learning community – Planetizens Unite! – to mark International day of Education on 24th Jan, an event that saw more than 60,000 of you celebrating learning to take care of oneself, each other, and our planet last year, and promises to be even greater in 2024!

This annual gathering continues with 3-days (25-27th January) dedicated to reinventing learning in the 21st century. The aim is to foster human flourishing and a thriving environment. Under the theme Architects for Tomorrow: Building a Learning Planet, our team is already planning a rich programme with a special emphasis on three core dimensions: Intergenerational Societies, Lifelong Learning, and truly Transformative Action. 

This year again, members of our LearningPlanet Alliance and all change agents from education, communities, governments, businesses and grass-roots organisations are invited to join us in creating an even more exciting Festival.

During our 4 days together, we expect more than 500 physical, digital and hybrid partner-led events, including hackathons, conferences, workshops, performances, and screenings, that together make up the LearningPlanet Festival.
