Join SOS-UK online to celebrate Global Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and the 10 year anniversary of Responsible Futures.

Responsible Futures is a supported change programme and accreditation partnering students with their institution to embed sustainability across all student learning. The programme is delivered by Students Organising for Sustainability (SOS) and the International Association of Universities (IAU).

  • Sharing the first ever Responsible Futures impact report - summarising the impact of Responsible Futures partnerships on ESD

  • Case studies presented by Responsible Futures partnerships, including the University of Exeter, De Montfort University, the University of the West Indies and Mohawk College.

  • Panel discussions on ESD over the past 10 years with:

    • Peter Kwasi Kodjie (Secretary General, All Africa Students Union and Chair of SOS-Intl board)

    • Professor Andrew Deeks (Vice-Chancellor, Murdoch University and President of IAU)

    • Professor Dr. Inga Žalėnienė (Rector, Mykolas Romeris University and Vice-President of IAU)

    • Mark Manns/Julia Heiss (UNESCO ESD programme specialists)
