As a part of International Education Week, Teachers College, Columbia University will be hosting a hybrid event. This year’s theme is “Global Hearts and Minds.” Events are related to the host’s interpretation of this theme, showcasing intellectual, professional, and personal connections across cultures and how they enrich our world. Visiting Scholar Andrea Suarez will present her doctoral research project on homeschooling practices in Colombia from different conceptual, pedagogical, ideological, and legal perspectives.
