As the world continues to face multiple crises, including pandemics, stakeholders must prioritize sustainable futures for young people. This means equitable access to basic education, relevant skill-building and a focus on green jobs and green economies. This session, co-hosted by the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and UNICEF’s Generation Unlimited (GenU) will convene stakeholders to discuss how working in cross-sectoral partnerships and ensuring that children and youth have access to quality basic education and relevant skills, can help achieve Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11).
