The new area of Education for the SDGs (ESDGs) emerged from and builds on long-established work in fields such as Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) and Education for Sustainability (EfS). In this session, experts with decades of collective experience in implementing these fields in higher education contexts will share lessons they have learnt on change leadership, which can now be used to accelerate the mainstreaming of ESDGs.

This webinar is one of three sessions organised by SDSN AusNZPac, ACTS, and PRME AusNZ to explore how we can scale up education for the SDGs in higher ed in the Aus/NZ/Pacific region. The sessions are part of an ongoing series aiming to provide a forum for the higher education community in the region to share, discuss and connect across all disciplines around good practices, challenges and opportunities.
