This side event will introduce the “Nature Labs” initiative, developed by the G20 Global Land Initiative and Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN), to bring land-use education to 1 million students worldwide. Representatives from the G20 GLI, SDSN, and an Indonesian NGO specializing in school reforestation will discuss strategies to equip students with the values, knowledge, and skills for hands-on land restoration projects, fostering resilient communities and sustainable land practices globally.
