"Teaching for Sustainable Futures" Online Launch Event

UCL's Centre for Climate Change & Sustainability Education are delighted to invite you to the online presentation element of the launch event of their new continuing professional development programme for teachers, Teaching for Sustainable Futures, and findings from their national survey of teachers, What do climate change and sustainability have to do with me?

The event will be hybrid and attendance in person is by direct invitation only because of limited capacity.  However, anyone is warmly welcome to attend virtually by registering here.

Teaching for Sustainable Futures is a groundbreaking programme designed to empower schools and teachers to respond to our planetary crisis in powerful and hopeful ways. In this first phase, CCCSE are launching a film for all school staff and modules for primary and secondary teachers of geography and history.

What Do Climate Change and Sustainability Have To Do With Me? was an extensive national survey of primary and secondary teachers about climate change and sustainability education in England carried out in the autumn of 2022.  CCCSE will present headline findings from the survey to coincide with the publication of the report.
